INCREDIBLE LIVING SPACES
This 1970's house was brought up to date with a new floor plan and full renovation throughout.
An open-plan kitchen and living area was added and the existing structure reconfigured to include an additional bedroom and bathroom.
Tasks undertaken on this project included:
- Producing drawings, including elevations, sections and building details.
- Obtaining engineering and council certification.
- Project management.
- Demolition and reconstruction of walls, ceilings, floors etc.
- New roof.
- Internal and external fittings including windows and doors.
- Internal lining.
- New kitchen.
- Fencing and decking installation.
